From a trip lasting a few days (e.g. to a manufacturing plant entrusted with the delivery of equipment) right up to an on-site assignment lasting several months at one of our subsidiaries or our customers in order to commission the plants planned and constructed by us.
In selecting the next generation of employees, candidates must present impressive professional qualifications and have an international perspective on the world. Traineeships or study periods which the candidate completed abroad are used as an indicator of the required intercultural skills.
We are looking for experienced employees but naturally, we are also open to applications from people just launching into their careers.
